JAKTOOL’s mission is to deliver competitive advantages to their clients by the application of engineering, research and development, and prototyping. JAKTOOL is the exclusive manufacturer of this biometric device, and provides ongoing calibration, customization, and maintenance services. The Arch Height Index Measurement System has been published in over 10 medical journals and employed by the U.S. Military as the most efficient and repeatable foot measuring device available.

Jeff Kinsberg

JAKTOOL, President

Jeff Kinsberg is president of JAKTOOL. Founded by Jeff in 1994, the earliest traces of the business are rooted in the model and hobby industry as a result of Jeff’s interest in trains. The business has grown to a 10,000+ sq-ft service product development and prototype manufacturing company. At JAKTOOL, Jeff is responsible for business development and leads a team of talented engineers and technical staff.

Jeff has also led the development of material handling systems for structures weighing as much as 4800 tons in the nuclear, oil, and gas industries. Jeff serves on the Rutgers University Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Execute Industrial Advisory Board.

Cristy Richards

JAKTOOL, Vice President

Cristy Richards is the Vice President for JAKTOOL and leads the quality and procurement departments. In the two years that Cristy has been with JAKTOOL, she has matured the quality system to earn ISO certification and has implemented ERP to streamline workflow and improve efficiency. Before joining JAKTOOL, Cristy worked for both academic and large corporations supporting biologics and medical devices, including the Arch Height Index Measurement System.

Cristy holds a M.S in Mechanical Engineering, an M.B.A and is credited on numerous patents in the medical device industry.
